 ANECIH (Spanish National Agency for the Certification in Hotel and Catering Industry) is a branch in IPF functioning as Spanish National Agency ICC (International Cooking Certificate). ICC is a certificate for cooks at world level. In Spain, ANECIH has the exclusive representation of the International Foundation for Professional Hotel and Catering Certifications (IFP HCC) and whose objective is the development of a system for certification of human resources in enterprises within the hotel and catering industry at transnational level, following identical transnational rules. ANECIH works at national level to promote ICC, authorise the examination centres and audit them, propose new areas to be dealt with in exams, access to all information from candidates to the certificate, etc. http://www.ifphcc.eu |
