The consulting company IPF / Iniciativas Para La Formación, is responsible for the management of training projects at a national level.



On one hand, IPF deals with labour training plans developing numerous training actions in all the national territory connected with complementary, recycling or reconversion vocational training such as the ones inside the framework of occupational training with later labour insertion done in collaboration with the Advisory Board of Employmet and Technological Development of the Junta de Andalucía or the ones inside the framework of continuous training established in the III Tripartite National Agreement of Continuous Training under the sponsorship of the Tripartite Foundation for Training in the Employment, old FORCEM. It is done in collaboration with the UGT Trade Union and its State Federation of Commerce, Hotel, Tourism and Game / FECHTJ.

For the development of all the previously mentioned activities, it counts on a wide network of centres, own and associated, where IPF develops the various training actions.

In the development field of the Fénix Supplement Project financed by F.S.E. and initiated by the Unity of European Resources of the Excma. The deputation of Málaga, whose objective is to facilitate the labour introduction of collectively handicapped, young, unemployed and women in risk of socio-labour exclusion with the aim of providing close service to persons with special needs, I.P.F. has developed and imparted the Training Action AUXILIARY EXPERT IN MENTAL HEALTH AND TOXICOMANIA with the duration of 280 hours in the city council of Igualeja and the pupils have realised the professional practices for 180 hours.
