The third partner meeting was held in Sataedu in Finland on May 2015.
We had the honour in visiting such a beautiful and cultural town.
Sataedu has developed supporting instruments to students who need special support in any period of training. One instrument is the preparing of the apprenticeship, where school based student is in the workplace without employment contract.
Finnish Youth guarantee – program is for young person under the age of 25 without any upper secondary qualification.  For them it is easier to get study and get more support.
A presentation on public employment services was given showing how the number of unemployed – particular  long-term unemployed – jobseekers has increased rapidly. Public employment services are organised around three service lines depending customer needs. Youth Guarantee –program ensure that the amount of unemployed young people (under 25 years old) it´s quite low.
We were given presentations on the Valtti workshop activities and the immigrant education of Sataedu. A visit to the „KONTTI” Second Hand Department and the Vocational School of „VALO” gave us a detailed explanation of their methods and best practices.
